What is StoreFlow?

StoreFlow is a cloud-based SaaS platform for multi-branch retail businesses. It combines POS, inventory management, employee tracking, customer CRM, purchase management, and business analytics into one unified system — accessible from any device, anywhere.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan includes a free trial period (typically 14 days). No credit card required to get started. You can explore all features before deciding on a subscription.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Absolutely. StoreFlow is built for multi-branch operations from day one. You can manage unlimited branches, transfer stock between them, compare performance side-by-side, and assign role-based access to staff at each location.

Does it work on mobile and tablet?

Yes. The entire StoreFlow interface is fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Your cashiers can use the POS on a tablet at the billing counter.

What payment methods does the POS support?

The POS supports cash, debit/credit card, UPI (including QR code scan), and split payments. It generates GST-compliant invoices and thermal-printable receipts instantly.

Can I import my existing product catalog?

Yes. StoreFlow supports bulk product import via CSV/Excel. You can import your full catalog with prices, SKUs, barcodes, categories, and stock levels in minutes.

Does StoreFlow generate GST invoices?

Yes. Every sale automatically generates a GST-compliant invoice with GSTIN, HSN codes, tax breakdown, and bill format. You can print, PDF-download, or email them directly.

How is my data secured?

Your data is stored on secure servers with daily automated backups, TLS/SSL encryption in transit, and role-based access controls. We never share your data with third parties.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime without penalty. Your data remains accessible for 30 days post-cancellation, during which you can export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
